FITNESS CENTER during University Breaks
(Thanksgiving, Winter Break, Spring Break):
- The Fitness Center may operate on a modified schedule during breaks where student workers are unavailable. In addition, the Fitness Center Administration Team reserves the right to close the Fitness Center during the break
- During Breaks, cleaning services may be extremely limited or unavailable, as the Fitness Center is operated through the work-study program. If during the time of a break when modified service is being offered, members can contact the Center for Student Engagement (activities@upike.edu) and inform them that a service may be required during the break. It is the goal that a member of the administration team checks the Fitness Center every 24-48 hours. Still, due to limited personnel, this may be impossible, and we would rely on our members to maintain a higher cleaning standard and report any assistance to the Center for Student Engagement.
